The Texas Forts Trail is pleased to offer Texas Friendly customer service training from their Regional Coordinator Margaret Hoogstra.  Texas Friendly skills improve local customer retention and "sell the community" to the traveling public.  Texas Friendly offers a flexible menu of topics that are adaptable by our instructor for conducting community-wide workshops or delivering on-site training to business employees or to the classroom.

The Texas Hospitality Program, created in 1989, has trained over 40,000 Texans since the program's inception. A tourism industry task force guided the development of the original program and its recent revision in 2002. The new version of the Texas Hospitality Program is "Texas Friendly - On the Job. . . For Your Community."
